Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation. Standard delivery typically arrives within 5–7 business days; expedited options are shown at checkout where available. Free standard shipping applies automatically once your bag reaches the threshold shown at checkout.

Because House of Esse is home to a number of independent houses and makers, items from different sellers in the same order may occasionally arrive in separate parcels — you'll always be able to track each seller's items from your account.

Returns

We want you to love what you've bought. If something isn't right, most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
